Vital signs of the neonate

Measuring the vital signs of the patients is basic in everyday clinical practice, especially in intensive care units, where there is a continuous monitoring of the patient’s condition. Through this discipline the nurse will know to assess normal and abnormal vital signs, as well as changes in the vital signs of the critically ill newborn. The nurse will be able to give possible causes of deterioration and solutions.
