Article on Frontiers

An article entitled "The impact of pandemics on education—“a nice monster of COVID-19”—Mini review" has been published on the Frontiers website. All partners contributed to it. The article deals with the following contents.
The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the urgent need for specialized medical professionals, including specialist nurses. To address this, healthcare systems should collaborate with national agencies to develop and implement comprehensive curricula for training these specialists. The educational process should be based on international standards, incorporating digital education techniques like e-learning, interactive content, and virtual reality-based medical models. Trainers should adopt a supportive role, guiding and organizing the educational process. Assessment methods should also be modernized to include digital techniques like quizzes, assignments, and objective structured clinical examinations. This review provides insights into effective learning and training techniques for innovative medical education.
